Congo finished his AKC Championship by taking Winners Dog from the Bred By class at the Trinity Valley/World Congress Specialty. Handled to his championship by Phyl and Ryan, Ryan handled him at the specialty under Judge Tony Lord Edwards of Ireland. He was invited to the 2005 AKC/Eukanuba National Invitational and traveled to Tampa to compete in that show.

Zarah's call name came about when Phyl saw a documentary on the World War II era singer, Zarah Leander. The singer had dark hair and was considered a great beauty whose looks could not be matched. To protect her reputation as as one of the world's most beautiful women, men dressed in drag to dance on stage when she performed so that no one would outshine her.
Zarah whelped six puppies on June 1, 2010 -- 4 girls; 2 boys. Sired by CH Globe Ca-Abi Reign on Teaser, ROM.

Bonnie finished her AKC Championship from the Bred By Exhibitor Class. After her retirement from the ring, she lived her life as the "in charge" Ridgeback at our house. She produced two litters sired by CH Rivercity's Nobody Beats Bart JC and one litter (a singleton puppy) from frozen semen sired by CH Ruya Dustdevil Mercedes' Sun JC SC ASFA FCH.

Mac Davis' first time in the ring was at the Flagstaff Kennel Club show. He was awarded first in the Puppy 6-9 Months class and went on to take Best Ridgeback Puppy. He was handled by his co-owner, Kathy Davis. Mac Davis finished his AKC Championship with three 5-point majors plus two singles. He is pictured here on the day he finished when Judge Pete Dawkins awarded him Best of Breed from the Open Class. He was handled in Open by Ryan and then went on to take Best of Breed with Kathy on the lead.
